Croatia Airlines is introducing a new uniform collection for its flight crews. The collection was designed by Croatian designer Martina Vrdoljak Ranilović. It is part of a major project to transform the airline’s visual identity. The collection follows a capsule-wardrobe concept. The pieces can be combined with one another to create several looks while maintaining a cohesive image. The airline says it wants to offer a sustainable, functional and coherent uniform collection over the long term. The teams prioritised natural fibres to improve comfort, breathability and safety in the cabin. The style features clean lines and a contemporary cut. Croatia Airlines wants these outfits to serve as visible ambassadors of its values and national identity. Navy blue dominates the colour palette. The ties and scarves feature the airline’s new graphic design. The modernised logo and the aircraft livery also adopt these colours, inspired by the Croatian flag and simplified geometric patterns to make the brand easier to recognise. Croatia Airlines has ordered 15 Airbus A220s to gradually replace its A319s, A320s and Dash 8-Q400s. The new livery, redesigned logo and uniforms were conceived together.
