For the 2026 summer season, the Irish airline will operate from 3 June to 27 September 2026, maintaining a strong presence with two weekly services operating on Wednesdays and Sundays. This decision further strengthens a longstanding partnership that began in 2011. A major driver of local passenger numbers, Ryanair has made this route one of the airport's mainstays. In 2025, the air connection carried more than 39,000 travellers, making it the second most popular route from La Rochelle airport. The announcement, welcomed enthusiastically by the airport's management, highlights the airline's renewed confidence in the region's tourism potential. Bookings are already open, giving travellers advance notice for their upcoming summer trips.
