The British airline EasyJet is strengthening its presence at Strasbourg Airport by launching 3 new international routes for the winter 2025-2026 season, in response to growing demand for travel between Alsace and several major European cities. Starting on 7 November 2025, EasyJet will introduce a service to Milan-Malpensa, operated with 2 Strasbourg–Milan flights per week, scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, giving passengers from Alsace direct access to one of Italy’s leading economic and fashion hubs. From 28 November 2025, the airline will add a route to Rome-Fiumicino, also operating twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, thereby expanding the range of services to the Italian capital, a historic, political and cultural centre. The third destination is Manchester in the United Kingdom, also launching on 28 November 2025, with two weekly flights on Fridays and Sundays. This route enables EasyJet to connect Strasbourg nonstop with the United Kingdom’s second-largest city in terms of economic, cultural and sporting activity. EasyJet is thus increasing to 8 the number of destinations served from Strasbourg as part of its winter schedule, confirming its role as one of the leading players in regional air connectivity in France outside Paris. The low-cost airline resumed its Strasbourg service in 2024 and already offers routes to Barcelona, London-Gatwick, Nice and Naples, to which these new routes are being added. The strategy of strengthening the Strasbourg network reflects the airline’s desire to offer more direct, nonstop travel while making it easier to enjoy city breaks, cultural getaways and cross-border connections from eastern France.
